During the Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic we understand that some of our clients will be self-isolating but recognise that clients still require our services. In addition, wellbeing guidance actually suggests that spending time in 'green space with fresh air' can benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. Therefore, we will still be operating due to not requiring direct contact with clients, should our situation change then we will update clients accordingly. The following protocol will be employed for clients who wish to have Zero Risk of contamination.

Quotations
1. When you call to book in an appointment please state whether you are self-isolating (we are now operating with 95% clients in self isolation).
2. An appointment will be booked for you usually with a 30min slot.
3. Upon completion of his previous appointment Mike Beddow will call to give an exact time of arrival.
4. If access is required to the rear garden, please leave the gate open as this removes the need for contact with latches and handles.
5. We always wear fully branded bright orange Shirts or Jackets and will arrive in an orange fully branded vehicle.
6. When on site Mike will call the telephone number you have supplied to talk through the work as he walks around your garden. If you look out of thewindow during this process then it can be useful for the process.
7. Upon completion of the quote Mike will leave site without touching anything.
8. Your fixed price quotation will then be emailed or posted at the earliest.

Undertaking of Work
1. The work will have been designated for a day prior, with an approximate time given the evening beforehand.
2. The team arriving for the work will call before arrival (unless first job in the day), again they will be in branded vehicles and clothing. Please ensure the gate is open before we arrive to minimise contact.
3. When they have familiarised themselves with the work they will call and talk through the work for clarity.
4. Whilst we always appreciate refreshments, we will not require tea / coffee etc during this period.
5. The work will be undertaken and then the site cleared afterwards with no interaction from the client. If requested pictures of the completed works can be taken and emailed as required show you the finished works.
