OUR COMPANY SAFETY STRAPLINE IS…  

Summary of Health & Safety ethos is as follows:

  • That all workers are integral to developing & maintaining a strong Health & Safety Culture
  • That our ‘5 principals of success’ (illustrated by a star) are followed at all times by workers as which forms the basics for our health & safety practices. These are:

         1. Effective Policies, Procedures & Protocols

         2. PPE

         3. Identification of defects & maintenance

         4. Training & Competence

         5. Housekeeping

  • That Health & Safety is embedded into the Induction process and all workers receive relevant induction information right from pre-employment stages
  • That all Workers receive Health & Fitness screening for all workers both pre-employment and on a periodic basis thereafter once employed
  • That all Workers are Trained & Competent for the tasks they perform
  • That Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) are  completed, including Site Specific Risk Assessments (SSRA) for each client job
  • That all Workers are included in our Health & Safety Management Systems; and each person has access to health & safety information in order to ensure continued success and each person takes responsibility for their own & others’ health & safety
  • That there are continual communications of Health & Safety matters including meetings, toolbox talks, workers involved in health & safety polls and discussions to improve our safety culture.
  • That Crew Leaders take ownership of Health & Safety

Our latest Health & Safety Policy is updated at least annually.

I highly recommend this company. The owner came out to view the works required and this guy really knows his trees and what does and doesn’t need doing. The quote arrived within 24 hours and it included pictures and detailed descriptions so I knew what I would be paying for. It was also a good price I felt. The team came to do the works within a week and I can’t recommend the guys who did the work highly enough. They were efficient, polite, helpful and incredibly today. And… they checked I was happy with everything they had done before they left. This company gives a very professional, value for money timely service. Thank you.

Contacted Mike as was looking for some trees to screen the back garden in a property we had recently moved to. He came to look at the issue and advised us as to what kind of tree would be best suited to the job, we also wanted trees that attracted the wildlife! He worked very hard to ensure that we knew what we were getting and to make sure we were happy with the choices we made. Tree planting day was booked and on the day the guys turned up with everything they needed to plant. They were extremely hardworking and really lovely. A pleasure to have around. They worked really hard and cleared everything away and left the area tidier than when they came! When they left Mike sent a follow up email with watering instructions and next steps. This company are amazing. Their service is second to none and they really know what they are talking about. Great people, excellent communication and one very happy customer. Thank you
