I am sending an appreciation of the work carried out yesterday . We were extremely relieved that the work agreed was carried out so efficiently and well by your team (names not remembered) They are a credit to your business by their attitude and conduct. They were punctual in arriving and remained polite and approachable throughout the day. Their dedication to their work is evident and it was carried out with great skill. Our garden is in full bloom at the moment and we had been concerned that damage would be understandably unavoidable but it was not to be. The very minimal of disturbance was created and when they left us, such had been their care taken that hardly any trace was left of such considerable work having been undertaken. Please pass on our gratitude to them all. My wife and I will have no hesitation in passing on our experience to others”.
