We were delighted with the work undertaken by your team, who arrived at the time indicated and were both courteous and good natured throughout the work. They were extremely efficient and the work was completed to an excellent standard, even leaving a selection of firewood for us to burn in the winter months.

We were also very appreciative of your securing the emergency planning consent from the council ensuring the work could be completed so promptly.
