“We were very pleased with the work carried out on 6th September.

The team were professional and polite and got the work done efficiently.  As trees had to be taken down in the shared drive they were willing to give any neighbours a 30 minute window should they need to leave.  As I’d already informed them they had made arrangements but it was good to have that option just in case.

They checked with us as the trees were shaped to ensure we were happy and were careful to check the desired height of the hornbeams.

With the trees that had to be taken down the team consulted us regarding a yew that had been adversely affected by the adjacent Lawson cypress.  We were grateful that after giving us some time to decide they were able to take this down too.  They also informed us they could remove the stumps at a later stage if we require, prior to planting replacements, which they could also do for us.

The areas were all cleared up very well.
